There is no reason for us to collect any information about any child under the age of 18. In very rare cases we may collect non-personal information about customers under the age of 18. If your child enters into a legal agreement with us, we are required by law to have a parent, guardian or legal third parties promissory signatures on ALL legal documents. If a visitor indicates that he/she is under the age of 18, he/she will be asked to supply a parent’s or guardian’s e-mail address. In this case, the parent or guardian will receive an e-mail message containing instructions on how to enable the child’s registration and until the parent or guardian enables the child’s registration. If we do not receive the parent’s or guardian’s said consent within a reasonable time, we delete this information from our records.
